SSWO hosted a powerful one-day workshop on empowering young girls through leadership, sports, and the arts on October 31, 2024. Held at Istanbul Hall in Erigavo, the event was a collaboration with the European Union, UBAH Inspire Initiative, and Plan International. This impactful gathering brought together school principals, parents, students, and community members all dedicated to supporting young women’s advancement. Through open discussions and hands-on activities, participants gained essential skills and confidence to pursue their goals, promoting gender equality and encouraging young women to take on leadership roles. The community’s unity was inspiring, paving the way for a future where everyone has an equal opportunity to succeed.
